Know India Stand On 6g Network South Korea Will Launch 6g By End Of 2028


6G in India: At present, there are only 2 such telecom operators in the country who are offering 5G service to the customers. This includes Reliance Jio and Indian Airtel. While on one hand the expansion of 5G network is going on in India, on the other hand work on 6G network has started rapidly in foreign countries. Meanwhile, the government of South Korea has announced that it will launch the 6th generation of cellular technology i.e. 6G network in the country by 2028. The Korean Ministry said on Monday that the government has asked local companies to make the material used in 6G so that the new network can be launched on time and it becomes the first country in the world to do so. This project is worth about 625.3 billion won (about Rs 3,978 crore).

India will get 6G network by this year

Like other countries, India also wants to be at the forefront of 6G technology. Prime Minister Modi has already said that a task force has been constituted for 6G which is working in this direction. He said that by the end of this decade, 6G network will be launched in the country. At the same time, Telecom Minister Ashwini Vaishnav has also said that India will be at the forefront of 6G network. That is, overall the country can get 6G network before the end of this decade.

1G network was launched this year

1G was started in 1980. Then people could only make voice calls through 1G network. Then in 1990, the second generation network 2G started. Similarly, 3G came in 2000. People used data for the first time since the arrival of 3G network. Slowly again 4G network came in which people got good internet speed and now 5G is expanding. Telecom companies say that people get good internet speed and better calling experience in 5G network as compared to 4G. At present, Jio’s 5G service has gone live in more than 200 cities of the country. At the same time, Airtel has also covered more than 50 cities. Let us tell you, Reliance Jio’s 5G network is not dependent on 4G and the company has named such Standalone 5G (SA 5G).
